Up Screening and Test

Criteria Labs will test existing components for the purpose of upgrading them to higher reliability specifications. We have extensive experience in the procurement and up screening of high reliability components from Industrial/Commercial to Military and Space Level.

Customers provide a source control drawing (SCD), specification, or request testing per MIL-PRF-38584, Class H (for standard high reliability) or Class K (for space level reliability).

Screening at temperature is available for all semiconductor device types. Our skilled staff of test and component engineers will create customized solutions designed to address unique up screening requirements
