Job Description:

Criteria Labs is a leading provider of semiconductor engineering services and has an immediate opening for a Mixed Signal/RF test engineer. Test platforms will be leading edge mixed signal/RF systems from Credence Systems Corp.

Daily activities include interacting with customers to define test requirements, translating programs to move to newer test platforms, developing software and hardware for new product development.

Job Requirements:

• BSEE or MSEE
• 3+ years of experience mixed signal and analog ATE platforms (Credence, LTX,
      Eagle, Teradyne)
• Experience with applicable languages (C, C++, Visual Basic, Unix)
• Experience in support of some of the following products: Switching Regulators, Op Amps, Bandgap References, high-speed ADC, DAC
• Skills with bench equipment (i.e. oscilloscopes, meters and signal generators).
• Ability to design, analyze and debug digital, analog and mixed signal circuitry
• Solid test plan development experience, as well as experience developing test routines and related hardware for new products and launching those products into high volume production
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

DESIRABLE:

• Strong understanding of electronic mixed signal engineering principles with an emphasis on or understanding of power/RF applications
